Why would you want a coach?

It's not rocket science! It's just simpler this way, faster and more economical because you build on the experience of another person.

To best benefit from a coaching program, it is important you answer the following 7 questions:

What does coaching include?

Sessions are done over the internet through (www.skype.com), by telephone, email or one on one private sessions* in your studio. They are available by the hour, half days and full days.

Coaching via Internet:

A session normally last 1 heure during which time we work on your projects and the various questions you would have sent Andre prior to the session. Follwing the talk, a follow up plan is put in place to insure you have the information required to implement what we have discussed. This should take you until the next call.

During the following month, you have access to Andre via internet (email) on the subjects discussed during the call. Any questions, ideas or answers relating to the session you may have, contact Andre. The number of emails is flexible and Andre will determine as you move into the coaching program.

All this for an investment of $247/hr.

One on one Coaching in your studio

A very personalized service where Andre travels to your studio. During the 3 day stay, he will start by going over your plans, priorities, goals, issues and projects for the studio. If you have staff members, Andre likes to talk to them personally to get a feel of their sense of belonging.

There is a full assessment of your studio made.

On the second day, he locks himself in his hotel room to draw up a plan of action based on his findings; this should take you to the level you wish to have. Profitability, products, pricing, physical improvements, customer service, promotional material, sales techniques, the whole works.

On the third day, he delivers this written report to you. That's when you have a chance to comment and bring along your feelings and suggestions. This report will most likely keep you busy for approximately one year. Each situation is different so we cannot give you at this time all we will do in your case.

Hotel and travel expenses -

These charges are added to your investment at cost.

How much is your investment?

Taking into account the benefits you will gain from this program, very little! These sums of money will bear BIG RESULTS in a relatively short period of time. Again this depends on your engagement in implementing the ideas put forward.

Your investissement:

Based on 3 days of work, each day is billed at $1297/day. Hotel and travel expenses are over. A written proposal will be sent to you prior to the beginning of the program.
